By combining technology, field data and local partnerships, CCS is helping thousands of farmers plant and monitor trees while creating climate and income benefits for rural communities.

Community Climate Solutions (CCS) is recruiting field data collectors for an environmental project.:

Field Data Collectors – 4–6 Week Paid Field Program

The work involves traveling and staying in rural areas, working directly with farmers to register trees and collect field data.

What you get:

  • K880 weekly allowance (housing, food, data)
  • Extra pay based on trees recorded
  • Transport provided
  • Camping equipment provided for field stays
  • Real environmental field experience

Strong performers may be offered full-time roles with CCS in the field or at HQ in Lusaka

Who should apply:

  • People comfortable with field work, travel, and camping in rural areas
  • Background in agriculture, agroforestry, or environmental studies is an advantage
  • Reliable and motivated individuals that want to build a career in environmental protection.
