We are seeking an experienced, proactive Office Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will manage and streamline various aspects of the business, ensuring smooth operations across departments while maintaining high levels of efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee and manage daily operational tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial & Data Management: Utilize Pastel, Sage 200, and Excel for data management, reporting, and financial record-keeping.
  • Compliance: Manage the integration of Sage 200 with ZRA Smart-Invoicing to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth invoicing processes.
  • Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and support staff to maintain productivity levels according to Director guidelines.
  • Communication: Coordinate directly with the Director or Deputy Director and provide regular operational reports.
  • Logistics & Retail Coordination: Collaborate with transporters to ensure seamless retail operations.
  • Facility Oversight: Manage the daily opening and closing of the office premises.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in office management or related field (retail sector experience preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Sage 200 Pastel and Excel with proven ZRA Smart-Invoicing integration experience.
  • Availability: Ability to adapt to flexible working hours based on workload.

Soft Skills

  • Strong independent worker requiring minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

NB: Residency within the Thabo Mbeki area or within a 15 km radius is required.
